We're seeking a highly skilled and driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at Wemolo GmbH.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer service, customer success, or account management, with a strong background in economics, social sciences, or natural sciences. Fluency in Swiss German and business-level French is required, with additional language skills such as English or Italian being a plus.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal departments and B2B customers to ensure successful project delivery. You'll be responsible for onboarding, enabling, and supporting customers to maximize the value of our system, while also identifying opportunities for process optimization.

We're looking for a collaborative and results-driven individual who can build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive customer satisfaction. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to a dynamic team environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent in Swiss German and business-level French
  • Strong background in economics, social sciences, or natural sciences
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
