Customer Success Strategist

We're looking for someone with a strong background in customer-facing roles, account management, and sales experience in the software industry - preferably SaaS. If you have a passion for building strong relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.
About the Role:
- Achieve assigned strategic account objectives and establish long-term client relationships
- Create account strategies and plans to drive business results and deliver value to customers
- BUILD AND EXPAND RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMER ORGANIZATIONS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of service and high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, account management, or sales
- Strong background in the software industry, preferably SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to build and expand relationships within customer organizations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with solution sales or consulting
- Fluency in German and English
