Mavericx is a leading provider of innovative solutions for enterprise organizations. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager/Account Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned enterprise organizations in your geographic territory.
- Research target accounts and develop prospecting campaigns to drive business growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business needs and potential for business alignment with our solutions.
- Lead the sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalizing opportunity outcome, including prospecting campaigns, discovery process, forecasting, and closing deals.
- Engage with our partners and ecosystem to support sales opportunities and drive business growth.
- Participate in internal team meetings to collaborate with supporting ecosystem, resolve customer issues, share best practices, and work with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Field sales experience at an Enterprise software/SaaS organization or Consultancy firm.
- Experience in startup, high-growth companies, and/or a passion for entrepreneurial environments.
- Strong digital experience, including UX, CRM, RPA, and AI, with a focus on websites and interactive applications.
- Demonstrated experience creating opportunities within large strategic accounts.
- Develop strong connections and extend network within the client's organization.
- Demonstrated experience selling complex business applications/technology solutions at the C-Suite level in Switzerland.
- Proven top performer with a track record of consistently exceeding targets.
- Fluent in French and English.
