Join Our Team as a Community Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Community Sales Manager to join our team at IWG plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational responsibility of the site, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Technical leadership of the center team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Minimization of accounts receivable and development of potential additional business or services, driving revenue growth and increasing customer loyalty.
  • Providing customer support and ensuring top-notch service and high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints and escalating serious issues to the responsible manager.
  • Organization and coordination of events and community events, fostering a sense of community and driving business growth.
  • Responsibility for all operational and administrative customer and center issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Handling of daily customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
  • Communication with landlords, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Successfully completed vocational training, with a strong foundation in sales, customer service, and operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of German, French, and English languages, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Very good manners and a well-groomed external appearance, with a strong sense of professionalism and customer focus.
  • A reliable, strong organizational and team-oriented personality, with a high degree of independence, initiative, and customer work.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
  • A high degree of flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
