Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Client Solutions & International Structuring Executive to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the future vision and strategy for business development in Switzerland and neighboring jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals, driving business growth and expansion.
- Maintain Positive Relations: Maintain positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities, ensuring strong relationships and partnerships.
- Generate New Business Growth: Generate new business growth through network development, new client acquisition, client retention, and sales campaigns.
- Build and Manage Relationships: Build and manage strong relationships with our new and existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Identify and Assess Market Opportunities: Identify and assess new market opportunities and potential acquisition targets, driving business growth and expansion.
- Manage Business Development Risks: Work closely with senior team members to identify and manage business development risks, ensuring the success of our business.
- Arrange and Conduct Meetings: Arrange and conduct meetings with clients, professional intermediaries, and relationship managers across different jurisdictions.
- Assist with Client Onboarding: Assist prospective clients with the establishment of sophisticated corporate and fiduciary structures, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Prepare Business Proposals: Prepare new business proposals and support colleagues in the development of new business, driving business growth and expansion.
- Manage and Lead Projects: Manage and lead related projects as assigned, ensuring successful project delivery and outcomes.
- Education and Experience: BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration, or related field, with a minimum of 7-10 years of practical work experience in a similar role.
- Language Skills: English and French spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
