Business Development Director

As a Business Development Director at Michael Page, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our business in Switzerland and neighboring jurisdictions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to achieve short and long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and Implement Business Strategies: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and expansion in Switzerland and neighboring jurisdictions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, shareholders, and authorities to drive business growth.
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Identify and assess new market opportunities and potential acquisition targets to drive business growth.
- Project Management: Manage and lead related projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and effective execution.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of professionals, setting goals, monitoring progress, and enforcing employee development programs.
- Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis: Use qualitative and quantitative skills to evaluate new business opportunities and make informed decisions.
- Education: BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Language Skills: English and French spoken.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Client Solutions Executive over multiple jurisdictions (minimum of 7-10 years practical work experience).
- Skills: Good knowledge of the international tax and regulatory environment, in-depth knowledge of the financial and management industry's standards, legal & regulations, experience in tactical sale strategies to promote business growth, and project management skills.
