Für unseren international tätigen Kunden suchen wir im herzen von Zürich einen **Manager Back Office und Finance 100% (m/w/d).**

In dieser Schnittstellenfunktion erwartet Sie ein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet. Sie unterstützen und rapportieren direkt an das Management.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

**Finance, Controlling & Accounting**
- Erstellung, Verantwortung und Kontrolle des General Budgets
- Zahlungsverkehr und -Management
- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals-, und Jahresabschlüsse, Erstellung der Bilanz
- Führung der Lohn-, Finanz
- & Anlagebuchhaltung
- Führung der Debitoren-, Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie des Mahnwesens
- Abrechnung der Spesen
- und Reisekosten

**HR**
- Erstellung und Kontrolle des HR-Budgets
- Führung aller Personaldossiers

**Administration**
- Statistische Auswertungen, Berichtwesen, Reporting
- Flottenmanagement
- Gesamtes Vertragswesen und Versicherungswesen

**IT**
- Erstellung, Verantwortung und Kontrolle des Budgets
- Ansprechperson bei IT-Probleme
- Entscheidungsträger/in über Zugriffe, Softwares, Hardware, usw.

**Ihr Profil**
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in OR und IFRS
- Fliessend in Deutsch und gute Kenntnisse in Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
