- Erste Anlaufstelle von Besucher:innen und Kund:innen
- Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung des Teams
- Erstellung und Ausfertigung von Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch
- Eigenständige und fristgerechte Beantwortung von internen sowie externen Anfragen per E-Mail und Telefon
- Koordination und Planung von Terminen, Sitzungen und Reisen
- Auftrags
- sowie Vertragsverwaltung
- Erstellung und Versand von Debitorenrechnungen sowie die Durchsicht von Zahlungseingängen
- Bestellung von Büromaterial und Drucksachen
- Sicherstellung des Unterhalts der Büroräumlichkeiten

Ihr Profil
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung als Assistant in einem KMU
- Deutsch: Sehr gute Kenntnisse
- Englisch: Sehr gute Kenntnisse
- MS-Office: Sehr gute Kenntnisse
- Gewinnendes und kompetentes Auftreten mit gutem Standing
