**Description of Function (ca. 60%)**

The Business Administrative Assistant position is a part-time role (ca. 60%) where the person will focus on providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, managing our company’s general administrative activities as well as providing administrative support to the Investment Execution team.

The key functions of the BAA role are to:

- Assist in office management support;
- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating team activities and events;
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support evolving business needs;
- General Management / Executive Assistant support to Managing Partners and departmental heads;
- Support the Investment Execution team by:

- categorizing and archiving legal documents, ensuring they are accurately logged and easily retrievable for legal and regulatory compliance;
- Managing the process of document verification, execution, filing, and distribution involving several stakeholders as part of the investment activity;
- Any other administrative tasks that may be required from time to time.

**Who you are**

Key attributes and skills you bring to this exciting role are:

- Minimum 2 year of progressive experience as an Administrative Assistant;
- Very good written and spoken English & German;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Team player, analytical, entrepreneurial, innovative, reliable;
- Attitude to work in a multinational and multicultural environment;
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
