To strengthen our Support team at Schroders Capital in Zurich-Oerlikon, we are looking for an

**Administrative Assistant - Private Assets and Private Equity (100%)**

**Key responsibilities**
- Support the CIO of Schroders Capital and the Head of Global Private Equity Portfolios as well as certain members of their teams
- Provide administrative support to the Client Group team members based in Switzerland
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Support on special projects
- Arrange attendance including speaker roles at internal and external conferences
- Track expenses and prepare expense reports
- Manage certain invoices and purchasing orders
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Format presentations for internal and external communication
- Support other assistants and the reception team during absences

**Requirements**:

- Commercial degree and/or higher education in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3+ years working experience in an administrative/executive assistant role
- Passion for working in a growing and demanding global business
- Excellent command of English language, additional languages are a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task
- Flexibility, stress-resistance, and good sense for prioritization
- Excellent MS Office knowledge; especially Outlook, Word, Excel
- Discretion and confidentiality
