Institutional Sales Director France

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Erste Anlaufstelle für unsere institutionellen Investoren in der Benelux-Region
- Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Kapitalbeschaffungsstrategien für Frankreich und Benelux
- Verwaltung und Aufbau neuer langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen mit wichtigen Entscheidungsträgern durch einen beratenden Verkaufsansatz
- Nutzung des Fachwissens innerhalb der Empira Group, um sicherzustellen, dass Allokationen auf effiziente Weise beschafft werden, so dass Investitionsfristen eingehalten werden können
- Unterstützung und Beratung der Investmentteams bei der Entwicklung neuer Strategien und Fondsmöglichkeiten, die zweckmäßig und für die lokale institutionelle Anlegerbasis relevant sind
- Aufbau enger Beziehungen zu Beratungsunternehmen, Förderung und Stärkung des Profils von der Empira Group durch Branchenveranstaltungen und Konferenzen
- Vermittlung der allgemeinen Investmentprozesse, der Produkte und der Plattform von der Empira Group in prägnanter und flüssiger Form; Vermittlung von Best Practices
**Ihr Profil**:
- Umfassendes institutionelles Netzwerk und Vertriebserfahrung bei Pensionsfonds, Versicherungsgesellschaften, Stiftungen, Family Offices und Beratern in Frankreich und den Beneluxländern
- Erfolgreiche Bilanz bei der Investitionsakquise aus bestehenden und neuen Beziehungen mit anspruchsvollen institutionellen Limited Partners
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebs
- oder Volkswirtschaftslehre oder ähnliche Qualifikation, CFA-Abschluss wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in allen oder mehreren der folgenden Anlageklassen: Immobilien, Infrastruktur, Private Credit und Private Equity
- Nachgewiesene Kenntnisse über Kapitalmärkte, finanzielle Leistungskennzahlen und Jahresabschlüsse
- Ausgeprägter finanzieller Scharfsinn und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit zu Multi-Tasking in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit sowie Präsentationsfähigkeiten, verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzinformationen an unterschiedliche Zielgruppen zu vermitteln; Französisch-, Niederländisch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Hohes Maß an Initiative und Tatkraft mit der Fähigkeit, an mehreren Projekten gleichzeitig und unter Einhaltung enger Fristen zu arbeiten
