Director Investment Management Debt Strategies (m/w/d)

**IHRE AUFGABEN**:
Entwicklung, Einführung, kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Kontrolle von wirtschaftlichen und nachhaltigen Investmentstrategien und -prozessen im Bereich Debt (Sales)
Sicherstellung und stetige Optimierung von zukunftsorientierten prozessbasierten Investitionsentscheidungen unter Berücksichtigung der Debt Investitionsziele
Abstimmung der Anlageziele hinsichtlich Rendite, Risiko und Liquidität mit dem Global Head of Investment Management
Erarbeitung, Steuerung und Festlegung der Schwerpunkte von Research und Strategieentwicklung
Fortlaufende Steuerung des Debt-Portfolios sowie konstante Analyse und Überwachung von Risiko und Performance
Proaktives Risikomanagement sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Risikovorgaben
Erstellung und regelmäßiges Reporting eines Berichtswesens sowie KPIs und internes Stakeholdermanagement

**IHRE QUALIFIKATION**:
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebs-, Wirtschafts
- oder Immobilienwirtschaftslehre, Finanzwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Fondsstrukturen
Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und herausragende analytische Fähigkeiten
Transaktionserfahrung im Immobilien
- oder Darlehensbereich
Souveränes und kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten in Verbindung mit außerordentlichen Koordinations
- und Steuerungskompetenzen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket, insb. MS Excel
Zielorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit einer Hands-On-Mentalität
Sichere Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
