Private Debt Asset Class Expert Team: Support

**What it's about**

Partners Group is a leading investment manager with over USD 27 billion in assets under management in Private Debt. Partners Group Private Debt offers thereby a wide range of innovative funds and tailor-made mandate solutions for clients. In this position you will work in the global Private Debt Asset Class Specialist team focused on the fundraising activities of Private Debt.
- Drive fundraising activities: Support the team with strategic distribution projects across open-ended and closed-ended funds as well as day-to-day tasks
- Reporting: Provide comprehensive reporting and live updates to management and the sales team, monitoring the timeline and execution of the fundraise including LP demand books, detailed contact reporting with next steps, forward roadshow calendar, data room access reporting, due diligence tracker, co-investment lists, etc.
- Development of marketing material: Creating tailored, persuasive and high-quality marketing materials for Private Debt
- Investor Management: Respond to client requests relating to Private Debt programs in close collaboration with the other team members and client solutions team
- Portfolio Analysis: Gathering investment information and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of our portfolios and global private debt track record
- Asset Class Expert: Become an asset class expert in Private Debt with its global platform, products and investment strategies
- Special Projects: Support initiatives related to client/investor events including due diligence days, business line meeting updates, annual general meeting and off-sites

**What we expect**

The successful person for this role should have the following:

- **Education**: Relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g. finance, economics or business-related, engineering)
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of work experience in business development, marketing/sales, client reporting and/or RFP
- **Financial Literacy**: An understanding of fixed income and/or Private Debt markets and prior financial industry experience would be a distinct advantage
- **Client focus**: Have a clear focus on client needs and ability to provide customer-oriented solutions
- **Technical Competences**: Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to analyze, communicate, and synthesize complex information
- **Team player**:Effective and reliable team player with attention to detail and quality
- **Language skills**: Proficient level of business English - both written and verbal. German, French language skills would be an advantage
