**What it's about**

Partners Group is seeking a Switzerland-based Business Development Support Professional to join our Asset Class Experts (ACE) team to help drive our efforts on ESG & Sustainability topics.

In this position, you will focus on the following:

- Marketing: Supporting the ESG & Sustainability Team in close coordination with the ACE team across all asset classes (Private Equity, Private Debt, Infrastructure and Real Estate), and help develop and deliver asset-class specific content/communications
- Project Management: Create and support the execution of strategic projects, marketing plans, development of marketing materials (including thematic slides, investment case studies, etc)
- Fundraising: Support in the fundraising of Partners Group’s impact-at-scale investment strategy PG LIFE, including marketing materials,, and the management of the fundraising process
- Investor Services: Support our Client Solutions (CSOL) team members globally on their investors’ ESG & Sustainability presentations and client requests, including adhoc calls, requests for proposals, and RFIs. Create bespoke marketing material to show how Partners Group creates value through ESG initiatives within our investors’ portfolios
- Efficiency & Productivity: Support efficiency within CSOL and the ESG & Sustainability Team, ensuring we avoid duplication of efforts on in-house due diligence preparation, request for proposal reviews, and creation of new materials

**What we expect**

The successful person for this role should have the following:

- Education: Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (e.g. finance, economics or sustainability studies)
- Experience: University graduate with 2-3 years experience in Sustainability and/or Consulting & Finance
- Financial & ESG Literacy: Understands the dynamics of ESG & Sustainability in the financial industry. Knowledge of private markets investing would be an advantage
- Technical Competences: Thorough proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to analyze, communicate, and synthesize complex information and data. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter: Anticipates and executes value-add activities with mínimal supervision; communicates and works effectively within an international/dispersed team
- Client-ready: Assists with supporting LP relationships that require high-touch interactions, as well as strategic clients who require significant in-house support
- Team spirit: Develops and establishes strong bonds across the firm
