**The Role**:
**Delivery of ESG Reporting Processes**:
- Oversee preparation and publication of ESG reports, ensuring timely and accurate disclosures.- Coordinate and deliver relevant internal processes required for compliant ESG reporting (eg double materiality assessments)

**Support for Operational ESG Disclosures**:
- Provide guidance and support to operational teams on ESG data collection and reporting.- Ensure that operational ESG disclosures are accurate, consistent, and aligned with company standards.

**Internal Processes and Governance**:
- Implement robust governance frameworks for ESG disclosures at Group and operational levels.

**Assurance and Compliance**:
- Working with internal stakeholders, ensure compliance with key ESG reporting standards, including ISSB, CSRD, and other regulatory frameworks.- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide assurance on ESG disclosures.- Stay informed about regulatory changes and adjust reporting practices accordingly to maintain compliance.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and accurate reporting.- Coordinate external engagement on topics related to ESG reporting

**Continuous Improvement**:
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve ESG reporting processes and practices.- Drive the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of ESG reporting

**Training and Capacity Building**:
- Provide training and support to colleagues on ESG reporting standards, frameworks, and best practices.- Promote a culture of ESG awareness and understanding across the business.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree is beneficial.

**Work Experience and Skill Requirements**:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in ESG reporting, sustainability reporting, or a related field.- Strong project management skills to coordinate complex reporting processes.- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and engagingly.- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and integrate it into the narrative.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Knowledge of relevant ESG reporting standards and regulations (e.g., ISSB, CSRD).
