**Investor Relations Manager, 70- 100% (M/F/n)**

Reporting to Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, Investor Relations Manager will create reliable investor
communications in an effort to increase the value and visibility of the company. This position will be
responsible for the preparation and drafting of quarterly and annual financial reports (financial
section is prepared by the CFO) as well as drafting and editing communication materials (investor
presentations, press releases, key messages, conference call scripts, and Q&A documents).

Additional activities this position is responsible for include preparing and organizing investor
conferences and meetings, monitoring the development of the share price, its short interest and
changes in the shareholder base, reviewing and analyzing analyst research and models, peer
estimates, industry trends, competitive landscape and market-related trends impacting valuation and
perception.

This role will maintain compliance with disclosure regulations and manage the insider information
logs. In this role meticulous attention to detail with little to no room for error is required. Must be a
productive self-motivated employee, using wisdom and expertise in a deadline-driven environment.

Additionally, this role can be home-office based, or reporting to our office in Solna.

**Investor Relations Manager, 70- 100% (M/F/n)**

**Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation and drafting of quarterly and annual financial reports

(the financial section is prepared by CFO), investor presentations and investor
communication materials including press releases
- Establish and maintain contact with financial journalists and investor media outlets in

Sweden
- Coordinate the preparation of capital market days, conferences, road shows and

investor meetings
- Be part of driving the ESG agenda including preparation of disclosure
- Outreach to the retail investor base in Sweden
- Support in the drafting and publication of press releases

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of Investor Relations experience required, in a publicly listed company or IR/PR

firm
- BS or MS degree in Finance/ Communication Sciences / Journalism or related field
- Strong communication skills; Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish
- Capacity to develop an understanding of a dynamic, multi-faceted story, involving

multiple elements of scientific, financial, commercial, competitive, strategic, and goal
- oriented messages
- Ability to network and liaise with a wide variety of groups, including internal and external

stakeholders
- Expert understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics
