Property One ist ein Asset Manager, welcher als lizenzierter Verwalter von Kollektivvermögen unter der Aufsicht der Schweizer Finanzmarktaufsicht (FINMA) steht.

Für den Auf
- und Ausbau unserer Geschäftstätigkeit als Transaction Manager von Investitions
- und Renditeliegenschaften suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Transaction Manager Real Estate 100%. Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst:

- Akquisition von Transaktionsmandaten und Verhandlung von Mandatsverträgen
- Analyse und Bewertung von einzelnen Liegenschaften bis ganzen Immobilienportfolien (Verkäuferseitige DD)
- Festlegung und Präsentation von Vermarktungsstrategien an Eigentümer
- Strukturierung von Sale-and-Lease-back sowie Share-Deal Transaktionen
- Koordination und Erstellung von Teasern, Factssheets und Investment Memoranden
- Koordination und Abwicklung von Transaktionen mit Durchführung von Besichtigungen
- Verhandlungen mit Käufern und Investoren (Buy-Side support) - Koordination Closing und Mandatsabschluss
- Idealerweise Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft
- Alternativ: kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung zum eidg. Dipl. Immobilien-Treuhänder oder MAS in Immobilien Management
- Mehrjährige Berufs
- und Branchenerfahrung bei einem Transaktionsmanager / Immobilienmakler
- Interesse / Potenzial zur späteren Übernahme einer Leitungsfunktion
- Weiterbildung in Immobilienwirtschaft oder Interesse an einer solchen Ausbildung
- Kennen der Immobilienmarktteilnehmer
- Ausgeprägte Verkaufs-, Verhandlungs
- und Kommunikationsstärke
- Teamplayer mit einer initiativen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, gute Englisch
- und Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
