Your mission

  • Active support in the cross-fund management of debt and equity structures
  • Targeted analysis and preparation of market and transaction data for well-founded investment decision-making
  • Participation in the preparation of financial models and business plans to create the basis for sustainable investment strategies
  • Performing (Excel) calculations and evaluating sophisticated real estate investments to optimize investment decisions
  • Active participation in the design and analysis of market data to identify new and promising investment opportunities
  • Participation in the structuring of different investment strategies and identification of potential opportunities and risks
  • Preparation of exciting presentations and informative reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting varied due diligence processes and transactions in order to actively accompany the entire investment process

Your profile

  • Completed studies in business administration, real estate management or a comparable course of study
  • At least 2 years of experience in the transaction area of the German real estate market
  • Solid knowledge of financial analysis, real estate valuation and financial modeling
  • Confident in creating complex Excel models and using common analysis tools
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills
  • Ability to work in a team and an independent, structured way of working
  • Confident written and spoken German and English skills
  • High degree of initiative, motivation and commitment
