**Deine Aufgaben
- Du hast die strategische und operative Verantwortung für das Thema ESG/Nachhaltigkeit in der Metall Zug Gruppe. Mit einem Fokus auf die beiden Bereiche „Social“ und „Governance“ und einer Begleitung des Bereichs „Environment“ unterstützt du alle Geschäftsbereiche und Tochtergesellschaften in entsprechenden Fragestellungen
- Du definierst in Abstimmung mit den Geschäftsbereichen die Strategie, Zielvorgaben und KPIs im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, erfasst diese und erstellst ein gruppenweites Reporting und präsentierst die Ergebnisse vor dem Verwaltungsrat und anderen Gremien der Metall Zug Gruppe
- Du unterstützt den Aufbau von mehr Transparenz und die Einhaltung von Sorgfaltspflichten in der Lieferkette
- Du beobachtest die Entwicklungen der schweizerischen und europäischen Gesetzgebung mit Einfluss auf die Nachhaltigkeitsthematik
- Du koordinierst nachhaltige Personalprojekte in Bezug auf Employer Branding, Mitarbeitendenzufriedenheit, Aus
- und Weiterbildung, Gesundheitsprävention und Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Privatleben
- Du steuerst den Informationsaustausch zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit innerhalb der Metall Zug Gruppe
- Du verantwortest die Nachhaltigkeitskommunikation und erstellst den Nachhaltigkeitsbericht als Teil der Finanzmarktberichterstattung der Metall Zug Gruppe
- In deiner Funktion berichtest du direkt an den CEO der Metall Zug AG

**Deine Profil
- Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit und verfügst bereits über Berufserfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit und ESG in einem international ausgerichteten Unternehmen, optimalerweise bei einem Industrieunternehmen
- Du verfügst über ein fundiertes Wissen in den Bereichen „Social“ und „Governance“ und hast ein Grundverständnis von naturwissenschaftlichen „Environment“-Themen und Energiefragen
- Du bist ein*e pragmatische*r Generalist*in mit einschlägiger Erfahrung in den Bereichen Analyse, Strategie
- und Zieldefinition, KPI-Reporting sowie Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung im Finanzmarktkontext
- Deine selbstständige, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise kannst du in einem dynamischen Umfeld gekonnt unter Beweis stellen
- Du bist eine zuverlässige und engagierte Persönlichkeit, die über eine adressatengerechte und versierte Kommunikationsweise sowie sicheres Auftreten auf allen Hierarchiestufen verfügt
- Deine fliessenden Deutsch
- sowie sehr guten Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
