Job OverviewWe are seeking an EHS Manager to oversee all Environment, Health, and Safety aspects within our Swiss Operations. This newly established role reports directly to the Head of Operations and involves ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 & 45001 while driving a culture of safety and sustainability. The successful candidate will collaborate with local authorities and conduct audits & risk assessments to continuously improve workplace safety and environmental responsibility.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across production, testing and QC labs, logistics, and office environments.
- Implement strategic EHS initiatives and drive a strong safety culture.
- Manage chemical & waste handling, air permitting, and contractor safety programs.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety training, and incident investigations.
- Support SHL Medical's Sustainability Strategy 2030 through proactive EHS programs.
