Debt Capital Markets Expert

We are looking for a seasoned Treasury Manager, Debt Capital Markets professional to join our team at TN Switzerland.
The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in debt capital markets, ratings advisory, or a related field. This role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the management of our capital structure, liquidity, and funding strategies.
The role reports to Head of Group Accounting & Treasury.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling to evaluate various funding alternatives and assess their impact on the company's financial position.
- Transaction Execution: Oversee the execution of debt issuance transactions, including bond offerings, commercial paper programs, and other debt instruments.
- Portfolio Optimization: Develop and implement an optimal debt portfolio strategy, incorporating various currencies, debt instruments, and durations, to achieve a lower average cost of debt.
- Financing Strategies: Support the development and implementation of financing strategies to optimize the cost and structure of our debt portfolio.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and risk management teams, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends and provide valuable insights on relevant developments in the debt capital markets.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with external partners, including corporate and investment banks, rating agencies, and legal advisors.
- Banking Partnerships: Establish and maintain a comprehensive banking relationship strategy, working closely with management to allocate tasks effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare insightful presentations and reports for senior management and board meetings, highlighting key metrics and recommendations related to treasury activities.
- Liquidity Management: Contribute to managing liquidity risk and cash flow forecasting to support the company's financial stability and growth objectives.
- Project Support: Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the Treasurer or senior management.
