**Your role**
- Are you a detail-oriented multitasker, who is organized and efficient? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? Are you a team player with strong individual execution skills?
- We’re looking for an executive assistant to support a senior executive and his management team in Group Legal in the day-to-day operations and business management related tasks, such as:
- helping to prepare presentations for senior stakeholders, team meetings, education sessions etc.
- management of calendar with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones
- arranging travel bookings, itineraries including expense management
- supporting with the organization, preparation and documentation of management meetings, including compilation and distribution of meeting documents and minutes
- providing organizational office support, including ordering supplies, handling mail and managing conference logistics
- handling Internal control and review processes (building access, software rights, vacation balances etc.)
**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Group Legal Integration team in Zurich that supports the Group Integration Office in executing major integration transactions. You will be part of a high-profile central team and will have ample opportunities to connect and collaborate with stakeholders within and outside of Group Legal (e.g. GCRG; chairman’s office; corporate development etc.).

- successful administrative experience in a fast-paced global environment
- solution oriented, pragmatic, team player with determination to get things done; able to work independently
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- keen attention to details, very organized and able to seamlessly multitask
- trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
- very good written and verbal communicator (English and German)
- comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude
