They are seeking a dynamic individual to join their team in Zurich as the Office Manager with Executive Assistant responsibilities.

**Your responsibilities**

In this role, you will be the driving force behind the smooth running of the office, ensuring that everything is in top-notch condition at all times. You will also have the exciting opportunity to support 2 Managing Directors in an Executive Assistant capacity, acting as their right-hand person. Your role will involve managing office logistics, maintaining office protocols and facilities, building relationships with external vendors, and coordinating office equipment repairs and installations.

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the office environment, from managing supplies and inventory to coordinating employee engagement events and welcoming overseas visitors. You will also play a key role in liaising with various teams within the company, including Risk Management and HR, to ensure smooth operations across the board.

In your capacity as an Executive Assistant, you will be the go-to person for calendar management, liaising with internal stakeholders, and providing general administrative support. Your ability to anticipate needs, pay attention to detail, and maintain a high level of confidentiality will be crucial in this role.

**Your Profile**

We are looking for a dedicated individual who is committed to working in our client’s office from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. There may be occasions where you will need to work late or come in early, but your flexibility is greatly appreciated. With over 5 years of experience in Office Management, you have proven yourself to be a reliable and efficient professional.

Your ability to present yourself in a professional manner is commendable, and your discretion when handling confidential information is highly valued. Fluent in Swiss German, High German, and English, you are able to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals.

Taking initiative and possessing a "can do" attitude, you are a hands-on problem solver with a strong work ethic. Your excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, make you a valuable asset to our team.
