**Position**:
We are looking for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant for our Zurich Office. This challenging role demands a great deal of accountability and is for someone who can be flexible when necessary and willingly take ownership.
**Office Management**:
- First point of contact with Landlord and building management
- Manage the inventory function and stock control
- Keep info updated on Health & Safety / Fire Warden representatives for London office
- First point of contact for local IT issues
- Manage office mobile phones
- Arrange office events / coordinate employee birthday gifts
**Support to Partners and working on client mandates**
- Diary management to two Partner
- Scheduling global internal appointments / calls
- Booking in client calls and meetings as required
- Arranging domestic and international travel and accommodation for business trips
- Supporting with business development packs for client meetings
- Arranging preparation calls with members of the H.I.E.C team
**Requirements**:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant / Office Manager or someone from a support/Project Management role is a must
- Someone who is ‘IT savvy’ is also ideal as the individual will be the first point of contact for any office technical issues
- As this is a role with International exposure, good command of English and German orally and in writing required, any other language skills is a plus
- The type of person we are looking for, has a structured way of working, service oriented and has the ability to set priorities
