Au sein de l’équipe Havas Sports en pleine croissance, le rôle du/de la Directeur-rice de Clientèle est à la fois d’ordre commercial, opérationnel et managérial. Il/elle assure un rôle de conseil important et une valeur ajoutée continue pour concevoir et déployer les meilleures recommandations.
Job Description:
- Situé en plein cœur de Genève à côté de la gare et à proximité du lac, le Havas Village de Genève réunit sous un même toit la puissance de toutes les disciplines de la communication, du média et de l’expérience client.
- Une agence de réseau Havas à taille humaine regroupant près de 80 collaborateurs entre ses villages de Genève et Zurich, travaillant pour le compte de clients suisses et internationaux.
L’EQUIPE
- Havas Sports est la Business Unit (BU) dédiée au sport et à l’esport d’Havas Switzerland. Elle a pour mission d’accompagner d’une part, les détenteurs de droits dans leur stratégie d’innovation, la transformation de l’expérience fan et la croissance de leurs revenus, et d’autre part, les annonceurs dans l’optimisation du ROI de leurs actions sponsoring et l’accroissement de l’engagement de leurs clients.
Conseiller & accompagner les clients Havas Sports:
- Assurer le principal point de contact avec un portefeuille de clients et les accompagner dans toutes les étapes : de l’analyse des besoins à la réflexion stratégique et la mise en œuvre opérationnelle-
- Garantir la qualité de la gestion des projets par un suivi budgétaire rigoureux, une bonne tenue des plannings ainsi que la qualité des rendus-
- Piloter la production de recommandations stratégiques et de livrables opérationnels (stratégies marketing, sponsoring & data, conception d’opérations de communication et d’activation digitale ou événementielle, analyses d’études et de performances )-
- Connecter & coordonner les expertises du Village et du réseau international Havas autour des besoins clients : création, études, CX, événementiel, influence, Web3, achat mediaContribuer au développement de la BU:
- Piloter au quotidien l’activité commerciale de plusieurs comptes et développer dans la durée le volume d’affaires et la rentabilité-
- Piloter la rédaction de réponses aux appels d’offres, de pitchs, ou de propositions commerciales à destination de prospects-
- Proposer des solutions innovantes et inspirantes, et identifier de nouveaux relais de croissance pour la BU : nouveaux contacts, nouveaux prospects, nouvelles offres, nouveaux partenairesParticiper à l’animation de l’équipe Havas Sports:
- Manager les équipes projet et fournir l’expertise nécessaire pour atteindre les objectifs stratégiques et business de chaque client-
- Accompagner l’équipe dans l’amélioration d’outils transversaux : outils de veille, benchmarks, présentation de la BU, références client, site internetLE PROFIL- Une expérience de 8 ans minimum sur des sujets sport, entertainment ou événementiel-
- Un parcours en agence marketing / communication ou au sein d’une organisation sportive-
- Une expertise approfondie de la gestion de projet-
- Une fibre commerciale naturelle et des résultats probants de développement-
- Une grande capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, et un esprit pragmatique-
- Une culture de l’autonomie, de la proactivité et de l’esprit d’équipe-
- Une propension à trouver des solutions-
- Une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais-
- Une excellente maitrise de PowerPoint et d’ExcelLieu de travail : Genève (+ télétravail)
