Tasks
- Define, set up and execute partner strategy for APAC region
- Identity and onboard new channel partners in APAC
- Create and execute business plans and go-to-market strategies together with Partners
- Generate leads out of partners and ensure direct-sales execution to close deals
- Build, manage and forecast partner pipeline accurately
- Execute on aggressive revenue targets
- Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements
- Educate partners about solution portfolio and services offered
- Structure commercial strategy approach for partners together with CEO and wider leadership of company
- Develop an excellent and positive working relationship with partners to build and expand business
- Generate pipeline and revenue from partners immediately in leveraging existing relationships within partner ecosystem
- Responsible for the whole sales cycle from partner-acquisition to closing deals with either partners or partner’s clients directly, depending on partner type
- Deliver excellent presentations to partners and customers and attend sales meetings where needed
- Helping with creating marketing materials for partners
- Assist in partner marketing activities such as campaigns
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities
- Develop process improvements to optimize and enhance partner management activities
- Consistent educate yourself within the blockchain and tech space

**Requirements**:

- Successful track record with selling directly to end clients like financial institutions and other customer types of other industries
- Demonstrable successful track record in building profitable partner ecosystems from scratch
- Existing relationships to ecosystem partners like: Consultants (strategy, management, digital etc.), AML focussed consultants, Law firms specialized on blockchain related topics (tokenization, NFTs, crypto etc.), Cloud providers, IT infrastructure partners and any other ecosystem partners relevant for the blockchain sector.
- Being able to act and execute a hybrid role (channel sales, pre-sales, direct-sales etc.)
- Existing relationships to financial institutions in South East Asia and broader APAC region and preferably also existing relationships to conglomerates
- Outstanding and practical experience and understanding of the cryptocurrency / digital asset / blockchain space and the complex legal implications
- Good understanding specifically around asset tokenization, NFTs, loyalty etc.
- Good knowledge of the regulatory framework in the blockchain industry in APAC and preferably with some knowledge of Swiss regulations
- Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate with clarity and confidence at C-levels, adapt style and content to the needs of the audience
- Crucial to set up and widen a strengthening relationship with champions, influencers and decision makers
- Track record of working for other blockchain or other technology companies selling to the financial services sector, conglomerates, blockchain start-ups either directly or indirectly via partners
- Good technical skills and understanding to be able to handle meetings with a more technical agenda
- A vocal thought leader in the blockchain and/or broader technology & FinTech/RegTech space
- Excellent networker and active on social media (LinkedIn etc.)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think out of the box and to be able constantly to go out of her/his comfort zone
- Excellent English language skills (German or any other language a Plus)
- High leadership and motivating skills
