**Position Overview**: The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business through proactive sales strategies and cold calling. This role requires an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and present our solutions effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation and Cold Calling**:

- Identify and target potential clients through research and market analysis.
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our data and analytics solutions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

**Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.

**Client Engagement**:

- Understand client needs and tailor sales pitches to address their specific requirements.
- Provide product demonstrations and detailed information about our solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales quotas.

**Market and Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
- Continuously learn about our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

**Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous sales experience; willingness to learn and take on responsibility is essential.
- Strong ambition and motivation to succeed in a sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of IT and data analytics is a plus but not mandatory.
