We are looking for highly motivated people to join the Visos, help us democratize access to computer vision, and drive the next wave of AI adoption.

This is a remote position.

**Your Role**
- Become part of viso.ai, a rapidly expanding AI company specializing in Computer Vision, as an Account Executive.
- We are seeking someone who is extremely driven and manages the entire sales cycle, from initial client engagement to deal finalization.
- Grow your career at a start-up backed by Tier 1 VCs that backed Facebook, Spotify, Atlassian, Scale, Slack, DropBox, etc.
- A strong track record in AI, IoT, or the enterprise software sector is essential for this role.

**What You'll Do**
- Map out and execute our sales strategy that aligns with our strategic goals.
- Build and lead an exceptional sales team by guiding, establishing clear objectives, and nurturing a culture of success and growth.
- Refine and establish our sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, incorporating the right tools and technologies along the way.
- Provide direction to account executives and SDRs on their daily tasks, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategy.
- Implement and enforce strict sales hygiene practices within Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across the team.
- Implement reporting on sales activities, pipeline, forecasting, and quota attainment, ensuring transparency and accountability within the sales team.
- Define/refine clear territories for the sales team and refine the ICP to target sales efforts more effectively per SDR/AE as the team grows.
- Streamline our pricing strategy to facilitate initial customer acquisition and enable seamless upselling and cross-selling, supporting our "land and expand" growth objectives.
- Keep a pulse on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform our strategies and product development.
- Work closely with our product and marketing departments to ensure our messaging and product offerings are in sync.
- Build relationships with critical customers and partners, using their feedback to shape our offerings.
- Manage sales performance, offering regular reports and insights to the leadership team, and steering the sales strategy accordingly.
- Directly engage in closing deals, demonstrating a hands-on approach to sales and a strong ability to negotiate and seal agreements with both new and existing clients.
- Refine our sales training program, encouraging ongoing learning and adaptation to market changes.

**What We're Looking For**
- You've successfully built and scaled early-stage sales teams in the SaaS space (from the ground up) in VC-backed businesses, with a trajectory similar to viso.ai.
- You have successfully solved the sales challenges of selling a horizontal platform in multiple industries.
- You can design a winning strategy and work extremely hard to make it happen, roll up your sleeves, and show a very hands-on mentality.
- You know how to hire, manage, motivate a team, lead by example, and drive towards success.
- Your communication skills are excellent, whether it's negotiating deals, building relationships, or presenting to the board.
- High IQ/EQ, energy, gravitas, enthusiasm, and hard-working mentality.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and are quick to adjust strategies as the market evolves.
- You leverage data to make informed decisions and guide the sales strategy.
- You are a personable individual who is a self-starter and able to work autonomously.
- You are skilled at working remotely, maintaining productivity, and strong communication in a virtual environment.
- You possess a hardworking mentality, dedicated to going above and beyond to achieve goals.
