**HNC S&OP Lead EMEA**

As S&OP Lead EMEA you will together with your team of demand and supply planners coordinate the matching of regional demand and supply across different time scales driving high service levels towards our customers and managing financial targets. With your experience in S&OP or Supply Chain Management, your commercial savviness and networking skills you will shape this newly created role and work in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in supply reliability, inventory management, demand forecasting, order handling, etc.
**Your key responsibilities**
- Determine customers’ and internal needs towards supply chain in alignment with other functions (Sales, Commercial, Customer Care, Premix Ops, M&T), and develop and implement a regional S&OP strategy and service level agreements addressing those needs and directing regional activities in demand and supply planning
- Manage the regional sales & operations planning (S&OP) process (incl. chair of the Demand Review and STR meetings), resulting in agreed sales, supply and inventory plans and respecting agreed customer service levels.
- Manage and optimize regional demand planning in close collaboration with sales teams, aiming for high levels of forecast accuracy to give best possible signal towards global S&OP and M&T as well as regional Premix organization
- Manage and optimize regional STR supply planning with focus on order handling and inventory management in regional distribution center balancing financial KPIs (e.g. Operating Working Capital) and high level of supply reliability
- Drive improvement and - where useful - harmonization of S&OP related activities across STR, Premix and MRS; support and drive implementation of global improvement programs related to S&OP (e.g. E2E Program)
- Given this is a newly created position, shape the role of S&OP lead in the regional and global COO organization
- Build and maintain relationships with main customers’ direct counterparts, in order to build together the supply chain strategies that better fit with their needs and DSM interests
- Build and maintain relationships with other key functions involved in S&OP process (Sales, Commercial, Customer Care, Premix Supply Chain, global S&OP team)

**You bring**
- You have a Bachelor or master’s degree in business or science-related field.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in preferably a matrix environment.
- You have at least 3 years of experience, e.g., supply chain management, S&OP, demand planning
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and networking skills
- Fluent in English; another additional language/s an asset
- Experience in leading a cross-functional and international team
- Ability to analyze problems and identify and shape effective solutions critically and structurally
- Working proactively and independently
