Your key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the EMEA MRS team & the EMEA MN Category Team, in the development and execution of an aspirational and comprehensive strategic plan
- Develop a strategic selling approach the target customers and a compelling “Trade” marketing strategy (to Brand Owners, Health Care institutions, Medical Distributors)
- Leverage best-in-class market, consumer, customer and KOL insights, to drive performance.
- Bring new concepts and innovations alive in close cooperation with the MRS EMEA Operational Team
- Understand and access appropriate resources and services from across DSM to enhance the value offering to customers
- Own all relationships with current and new customers. Execute on the business plan and strategic initiatives for the customer base
- Develop, deeper and broader relationships within the customers across functions and sales channels. Establish direct function to function relationships, to create efficiency and multiple customer touch points
- Develop an understanding of the overall business and current and future value drivers. Leverage this know-how to identify opportunities, pain points and strategic fits.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the Health Care landscape and the customers’ stakeholders (e.g. KOL’s) current and aspirational position.
- Lead proactive and meaningful communication with customer and DSM team.
- Achieve or exceed short
- and long-tern business results across customer base, including delivering revenue and profit targets.
- Identify and pursue qualified new business opportunities across all customers.
- Work with account managers within the MN/ Pharma Team drive innovative MRS opportunities
- Access available DSM resources and allocate at the customer level. Prioritize activities with a strong understanding of relative ROI.
- Support commercialization and operations team to effectively deliver to customer expectations and needs.

- Min. 5+ years in the Healthcare Industry environment with strong sales and commercial capability with Medical Food, FSMP or Dietary Supplements.
- Marketing and sales experience in selling solutions to health care providers and brand owners in medical solution space
- Proven past business development experience and success in the Medical Nutrition category, with Health Care organizations (e.g. elderly homes, medical service providers), Medical Distributors, Medical Brand Owners and KOL’s.
- An expertise of analyzing potential new opportunities and developing business cases based on critical evaluation of market situation and product details.
