As a member of our exciting People and Organisation (P&O) team, the People Partner EMEA will work with the P&O community in the region/sites and in all areas of P&O responsibilities, with the aim of P&O team to successfully act as partners enabling the organization & business to achieve its strategic goals.

**Your role is to**:

- Enable regional / global P&O BPs with advice and assistance on local policies, procedures, legislation, and company agreements in Switzerland/EMEA; cooperate with country P&O on local cases, when required.
- Engage in key processes in close collaboration with Regional & Global P&O BPs, Value Streams and business leaders, such as:

- Performance Management,
- Talent Development,
- Career Management,
- Learning & Development
- Organizational Development, Diversity Equity & Inclusion
- Reward & Recognition
- FTE Budgeting
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of P&O systems and practices - identify issues, propose, develop & implement solutions, across the region.
- Advise people managers and employees on company policies and practices, promoting self-service and HR Shared Services.
- Support development and implementation of the regional P&O Plan; lead design, development and implementation of assigned projects and processes, across the region.
- Own/support project workstreams based on the strategic goals of the company.
- Deliver & facilitate sessions to employees and people managers on people related solutions and processes.
- Stay up to date with Swiss legal framework, work with legal department and country P&O when required.
- Ensure P&O operations, information and data are compliant with P&O policies and local legislation.
- Act as Recruiting Partner for temporary positions.
- Ensure smooth correspondence with authorities and external partners.
- Responsible for case and care management.

**Are you who we are looking for?**
- Ideally you will have a master, minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline (P&O, Business Administration, Social Sciences).
- Additional professional trainings in P&O.
- 3 -5 years of experience in general P&O functions ideally in a multi-national company with a similar operating model.
- Ability to work on topics in parallel while managing the expectations of your client group.
- Fluent in German and English, verbally and written.
- Positive mindset, can-do attitude, empathic and fast learning attitude.
