We are looking for a Risk Business Partner to join our team You will be part of the Risk Management team, and working closely with our Health Nutrition & Care Business Units, supporting in identifying, assessing, and managing risks to achieve the strategic goals.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Design, implement and maintain the main elements from the Risk & Compliance Framework in the respective unit.
- Conduct trainings, workshops and/or risk awareness sessions to increase Risk maturity.
- Organize and steer risk related meetings.
- Prepare, coordinate, follow-up, and drive execution of the Risk Management year plan.
- Facilitate and perform Risk Assessments in specific areas.
- Coordinate the Risk & Incident reporting process.
- Work closely with risk owners to provide risk oversight, challenge and advise on key decisions, participate in key projects and pro-actively signalling trends and related potential (new) risks.

**You bring**
- Masters in finance, Risk Management, Business Administration or other relevant major.
- Experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
- Basic understanding of internal control and internal auditing.
- Business understanding and partnering (Problem solving mindset and skills; can-do mentality; influencing without authority; showing co-ownership).
- Stakeholder management (engaging with senior leaders; creating buy-in).
- Communication & presentation skills.
