If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Affairs colleague to join our team and support our health, nutrition and care business segment, specifically focusing on gut health. Reporting directly to a Director of Regulatory Affairs in health, nutrition, and care, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of regulatory compliance in this field.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Shape and support global regulatory activities for dietary supplements and Rx/OTC drugs globally with a specific focus on Postbiotics/Gut Health
- Serve as a focal point for Postbiotics/Gut Health and collaborate closely with the global Dietary Supplements team, advising them on business-critical questions
- Define registration strategies, ensure registrations are maintained in existing markets, and support new product developments from regulatory point of view
- Establish global overviews on the regulatory framework, processes and procedures for Postbiotics
- Navigate complexity due to the dynamics of the global market and changing global regulatory environments

**You bring**
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs in the dietary supplements and/or Rx/OTC drugs required and minimum 2 years of regulatory experience in biotics (pre, pro, post) including end-to-end-solutions/finished products
- Bachelor’s degree in food chemistry, food technology or natural sciences required; master’s degree preferred
- Taking initiative and seeking solutions - having a business-partner mindset
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple stakeholders
- Effective communication, strategic and solution thinking skills; open-minded and good team working skills
- Customer-focused and awareness of competitive landscape with a precise working style, persistence in pursuing objectives
