What you’ll do?
In this role you will be the strategic business partner for the Savory and Beverage business units. Your main stakeholders will be the business leaders and leadership teams of these business units. You will be responsible for the People & Organization strategy for your own units.
Your key responsibilities
- Driving the P&O strategy for own units
- Strategic Business Partnering with leaders and leadership teams
- Proactive role in co-shaping the overall (business/department) strategies
- Focus areas: change management, talent pipelines, succession planning, workforce planning, etc.
- Partner with other parts of the P&O operating model (People Solutions Team, Global Hub, Value Streams) to develop and implement P&O solutions that address key business challenges

You bring
- At least 5 years of experience in a P&O business partner role
- Proven experience in strategic design with translation to actions
- Brining strong connection skills with different people and personalities
- Change Management experience
- A pro-active and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
