About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive individual to join our team as a Global Business Insight Director (f/m/d). In this pivotal position, you will be the go-to expert for Consumer, Market, and Competitive Insights, driving impactful business decisions across global and regional teams.

As a key member of our organization, you will collect, update, and analyze data on market trends and sales, consumer behavior, and competitors. You will deliver actionable intelligence reports to support strategic decision-making and manage end-to-end market research processes.

Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining a trend framework to guide the development of market-leading solutions and keeping innovation relevant to evolving consumer demands. Additionally, you will lead Competitive Intelligence efforts, gathering, analyzing, and sharing actionable insights about competitors and market dynamics.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to transition between strategic and operational topics and translate market insights into actionable business strategies. A solid knowledge of the industry and markets is essential, along with exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, or science/technology.
  • 7–10 years of business intelligence and insights experience in the Personal Care or related industry (B2C and/or B2B).
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, capable of transitioning between strategic and operational topics.
  • Solid knowledge of the industry and markets, coupled with a keen curiosity and drive for continuous learning.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, complemented by a strong result orientation and accountability for delivering impactful outcomes.
  • Advanced communication skills in English, with proficiency in MS Office and expertise in utilizing modern research tools and instruments; additional language skills are an asset.
