**Your key responsibilities**
- Drive the development and implementation of dsm-firmenich's customer strategy as the global relationship "general" manager.
- Lead dsm-firmenich's business with the key account to achieve exceptional results.
- Collaborate with the customer's counterpart to develop a governance model, align on goals, and manage the overall business relationship.
- Build a cohesive and diverse regional key account management team that operates with a unified global voice.
- Leverage internal resources and tap into senior management support to drive business objectives.
- Define a compelling vision for dsm-firmenich's business with the key account.
- Create and execute a practical three-year strategic plan, endorsed by line management.
- Drive the development and implementation of regional key account plans that align with the global strategy while considering regional dynamics and opportunities.
- Build trust with the key account at both the corporate and regional levels as a foundational pillar.
- Develop comprehensive relationships across functions and regions, identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers, and fostering efficient and focused collaborations.
- Gain a deep understanding of the key account's global business and value drivers, leveraging this knowledge to drive growth, address pain points, and pursue strategic opportunities.

**You bring**
- Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial positions (Marketing, Sales or other commercial roles).
- Bachelor’s degree (food, chemical, Life Sciences), further education in form of MBA desirable.
- Extensive experience in (Key) Account Management, managing cross-functioning projects.
- Commercial, financial and customer leadership acumen.
- Proven track record in leadership and team management.
- Strategic mindset, highly collaborative spirit and communications skills fit for executive level presence.
- Willingness for occasional global travel.
