**What you’ll do**
As Risk Business Partner for Sourcing you will support the implementation of the DSM Risk Management mission, vision and strategy. You will support the sourcing organization (Indirect & Direct sourcing, and Share services) and will design and implement an overall Risk Management framework, provide insight on unit risk profile as well as advise on mitigation actions and controls.
**Your key responsibilities**
- Design, implement and maintain the main elements of the Risk Management Framework, such as governance, meeting structure, information flow and overall Risk Management (RM) cycle, policies and procedures
- Conduct trainings, workshops and/or risk awareness sessions to increase RM maturity
- Organize and steer the Risk Management Committees
- Prepare, coordinate, follow-up and drive execution of the RM year plan
- Facilitate and perform Risk Assessments in specific areas and help implementing efficient mitigating controls
- Coordinate reporting of risks with business management
- Work closely with risk owners to provide risk oversight, challenge and advise on key decisions, participate in key projects, pro-actively signaling trends and related potential (new) risks, co-create potential mitigations, monitor implementation thereof and guide the organization for any specific request related to RM
- Inform the organization about updates in corporate requirements, and monitor that required changes are being implemented.
- Perform risk assessments on processes, IT tools, and procedures and provide expert advice on controls and mitigations
- Participate in change management boards
- Support the root cause analysis of critical incidents: advice on controls and mitigations and help implementing them.

**You bring**
- Master’s in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration or other relevant major
- Detailed understanding and experience of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- Understanding of internal control and internal auditing
- Business partnering experience and capability (Problem solving mindset and skills; can-do mentality; influencing without authority; showing co-ownership)
- Stakeholder management (engaging with senior leaders; creating buy-in)
- Communication & presentation skills.
**About Us**
The Group Risk Management organization consists of the Corporate Risk Office, Global team of Risk Business Partners, Information Security Risk team and the Internal Control department. The Risk Business Partners report to the Risk Business Partner Head.
