**What You’ll Do**

In this role you act as global leader for the Immunity and Healthy Aging Health Benefits & Solutions (HB&S) in the DS Segment Strategy.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Define the global ambition & strategy for the respective HB&S, in coordination with the regional teams. Work with Regions to create regional strategies & plans
- Identify key benefit space trends impacting the business globally and regionally
- Master consumer insights along consumer life stages (infancy to old age), and understand consumer demand spaces and unmet needs
- Develop a winning portfolio of solutions rooted in science that delight customers, including renovation of the core and innovation/expansion into new spaces
- Develop strategies and plans to accelerate conversion from straights (STR) into premixes (PMX) and market ready solutions (MRS). Integrate personalized nutrition in the offering as needed for key accounts
- Close critical portfolio gaps organically
- Build brands (products) that create pull from customers and consumers. Brand & trademark our solutions. Build unbeatable portfolio of claims
- Design powerful & orchestrated (global-local) MarCom strategies & programs to drive market penetration, and create brand pull (customer & user)
- Master competitive intelligence to win consistently. Regularly assess their strategies, portfolio, unique selling propositions. Define clear ‘must win’ initiatives by region
- Engage regions & functions behind the ambition, strategy, and key initiatives. Create and internal communication toolbox & program. Drive internal awareness & engagement. Nominate & support regional ambassadors
- Win with customers. Equip & support the sales organization. Engage with KAMs to develop tailored strategies & plans for top customers and early adopters/category shapers. Participate in key customer events & discussions around Gut Health.

**You bring**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in science, technology, or business-related field. MBA level would be a clear plus
- 10+ years marketing and business experience in both local-market and global capacity - in large, competitive markets and categories
- Direct experience working with large consumer brands or retail customers
- Proven experience in the development of innovation strategy and process
- Experience in working in complex science-based categories and across different regulatory environments
- Project Leadership experience
- Clear English communication skills
