Due to our continued success in onboarding new clients onto our innovative wealth management ecosystem, we are expanding our Client Service Delivery team and looking for a passionate Account Manager (WealthTech). You will be pivotal in building, overseeing and maintaining deep relationships with existing customers.
As the Account Manager (WealthTech), you will be the main point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring client satisfaction and excellent services and driving customer retention and business growth.
This is a permanent position based in either our Lausanne or Zurich office.
**What you'll do as an Account Manager**:
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with our customers by achieving satisfaction and retention.
- Identifying and capturing new requirements and being the ambassador of the customers within Evooq.
- Keeping customers informed about our new products and services.
- Identifying and achieving upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Addressing feedbacks, concerns and facilitating issue resolution.
- Acting as a trusted advisor.
- Managing contract negotiations, renewals and proper execution of all contractual aspects.
- Managing account receivables and maximizing utilization of our products and services
- Developing account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Collaborating with internal Evooq teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and support, to drive success and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Tracking and analyzing key account metrics, such as usage, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
**What you'll need as an Account Manager**:
- Min 8 years of financial services experience preferably in wealth and investment management.
- Proven account management experience
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Wealth Management Services and Products expertise
- Excellent relationship aptitude and ability to build and nurture long-lasting relationships with various levels of seniority within organisations.
- Solid understanding of the software products industry and inherent processes and activities
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Analytical, problem-solving
