**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Global Brand Equity Leader, Cetaphil Medical Marketing Manager will secure global number 1 dermatologist recommended status for Cetaphil via creating and executing motivating campaigns / messaging and deploying this strategically through select touchpoints.

In this role, you will be responsible for elevating the way we show up at major Dermatology Congresses, delivering comprehensive and compelling HCP toolkits behind all NPD launches and major communication campaigns and spearheading Cetaphil product, innovation & technology training curriculum /materials for global markets.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Envision and energies the organization behind the aligned strategic direction in HCP marketing that will significantly improve recommendations and preference for Cetaphil:

- Independently build alignment through all levels of the organisation and with key markets who will drive it;
- Nimbly move from strategy to execution, ably securing required resources and organisational changes required to make it happen.

2. Build out compelling messaging to HCPs that will engage them fully and outline methods to effectively deliver these to HCPs via strategic use of available touchpoints:

- Identify the key message that resonates globally and secure full alignment of all key markets and colleagues to driving this;
- Identify key HCP touchpoints and build a communication plan using best-in-class industry and competitive learnings, in a way that can be easily executed by local markets;
- Develop messaging approach & guidance for local medical marketing salesforces.

3. Build credible professional relationships with key HCPs and KOLs, leading our HCP Conference strategy and the communication pillar of the Galderma Sensitive Skin Faculty:

- Identify the right KOLs with whom to engage and build strong working partnerships;
- Develop our Conference strategy and execute with excellence to ensure we match or exceed key competition;
- Ensure full compliance with Galderma HCP Compliance, ethics and codes of conduct for Cetaphil Global Marketing Activities.

4. Deliver HCP toolkits behind all NPD launches and major communication campaigns:

- Build out deep understanding of medical, scientific and clinical data for all Cetaphil innovations;
- Leverage this understanding and your commercial HCP expertise to create compelling messaging briefs that will engage HCPs and encourage them to recommend these innovations to relevant patients;
- Partner with external agency to bring briefs to life in best in class way with primarily digital in mind.

5. Deliver product, innovation & technology training materials for global markets:

- Build out comprehensive library and resource of existing medical, scientific and clinical data for Cetaphil franchise;
- Synthesize complex scientific concepts and materials into straightforward and compelling messaging.

**Requirements**:

- PhD or MSc in life sciences / MBA equivalent / other equivalent professional qualification
- Proficiency in English
- More than 8 years’ experience in international companies, ideally with 4+ in skincare/dermatology and with 4+ in a Medical Marketing type of role, at a local and global level
- Experience working in or very closely with a US affiliate is an advantage
- Successful track record of engaging persuasively with KOLs & HCPs (ideally but not necessarily dermatologists) and working in a matrix organization
- Track record of demonstrating capability to use clinical and technical data to motivate HCPs via professional detailing aids and other communication materials
- Advanced in building strong brand stories that HCPs elevate above their competitive set
- Ability to turn complex scientific materials into compelling, easy to follow narratives
- Positivity, high-energy and passion for medical marketing
- Great communications and relationships skills
- Innovative and creative in order to positively influence opinion and ideas
