The Marketing Administrative Assistant will oversee the management of NHS sampling and communication materials stocks, ensuring continuous availability, coordinate deliveries to warehouses, provide operational support for national congresses, and assist with website maintenance.

A day in the life of a Marketing administrative Assistant

Manage NHS sampling and communication materials stocks, ensuring availability and proactively informing the marketing team.Serve as a super user of the ordering platform, addressing Sales Representatives' inquiries and needs.Provide operational support for local events and liaise with congress organizers.Coordinate booth set-up for congresses and autonomously manage selected congresses.Maintain the NHS corporate website's content and update product data information on various platforms.Support the Marketing Manager with administrative tasks and in organizing various projects. qualifications What will make you successful Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an admin support functionDemonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines Good organizational and communication skills with a customer-oriented approachGood level of competency in Excel Fluent in written & spoken English and good command of French or vice-versa.Good knowledge of German preferable
