Reporting to the Global Head of Cetaphil, the Cetaphil Global Franchise Sector Lead is responsible for delivering top and bottom-line Cetaphil global growth by leading the franchise’s presence in key skincare categories with responsibility for overall brand performance globally in that sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide company understanding around consumer, competitive, HCP and retailer trends in assigned category and leverage these to explain current and future performance
- Use strong commercial experience and influencing skills to impact upon current year performance as required to meet franchise global budget commitments
- Identify short
- and long-term growth opportunities that enhance Cetaphil brand equity whilst living into our franchise mission and meet our growth goals across Net Sales, Gross Margin and EBITDA
- Build, align and lead the execution of the workstreams that realise these opportunities
- Ensure all aspects of innovations are of a high quality and delivered on time and in full compliance with all internal and external regulatory and good practice guidelines
- Create and deliver launch toolboxes that are intuitive to use whilst powerfully impacting within the market - include clear commercial guidance as well as consumer & HCP communication assets
- Monitor innovations' progress over time and creatively adjust / adapt / ideate as required to ensure innovations are consistently successful
- Distil the need for and prioritise the type of Business Development opportunity that Cetaphil requires in order to meet its growth and commercial aspirations
- Leverage strong collaboration skills to identify region and key market needs and build an effective working relationship with initiatives that support their growth ambitions

Skills & Qualifications
- More than 10 years’ experience in FMCG / FMCH international companies, ideally with 5+ in skincare at a local and global level
- Experience in working in or closely with a US affiliate
- Successful track record of engaging persuasively with globally distributed colleagues and teams, working in a matrix organization and leading diverse teams
- Skilled in building strong brands that HCPs and consumers elevate above their competitive set
- Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with key colleagues from across the business to ensure strategic alignment to growth direction
- Ability to drive connectivity with target consumers in a digital world
- Experience in brand management and professional marketing in the FMCG industry, in different lifecycles of brands & brand initiatives (including ideation, launch and sales)
- Ability to turn consumer, market, professional and financial data into strategies and initiatives to feed brand growth and equity
- Influencing, negotiation and collaboration skills to partner with key internal stakeholders at global, regional, and local levels
- Self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity
- Creativity, out of the box thinking, bringing innovative ideas and views to the organization
- Fluency in English
