**Position Summary**

Nestlé Health Science is a globally recognised leader in the science of nutrition, with more than 11,000 employees around the world. As a **Global Consumer and Patient Communications Strategist**, you will be responsible for developing category or brand specific-content plans in partnership with the global brand teams as well as bringing these content plans to execution working with the NHSc Content Studio, driving creative excellence, effectiveness and helping drive market use

**A day in the life of a Global Customer Relationship Manager**
- Act as a second resource alongside Digital Engagement Lead to attend, and occasionally lead, consumer engagement workshops and assist brands in consumer engagement workstreams (Red Room)
- Works with global brand teams to develop content strategies
- Develops annual content plans and content calendars
- Ensures that brand objectives and strategies are communicated to the creative team
- Uses own consumer insights and own knowledge to sharpen the creative output
- Reviews all scripts, storyboards and copy produced by Studio, including for posts, banners, eRetail content, articles for quality, correctness, tone of voice, performing copy edits his/herself as required
- Performs quality checks on draft and final Studio output, ensuring adherence to brief, communications and platform best practices, brand guidance. Flags errors and quality issues
- Liaises with markets to promote asset use and collect feedback

**What will make you successful**
- Wide knowledge of digital media platforms across social media, display, websites, video streaming services etc.
- Experience developing digital brand communications campaign strategy
- Experience working with agency personnel to develop and implement digital communications campaigns
- Agency background as a content strategist or copywriter is preferred
