Our client is an innovative company operating within the field of medical devices.

Though exceptionally well established, the business runs in a state of perpetual innovation, continually developing new technologies and enhancing the patient experience.

In order to meet and generate demand for the company, we have been tasked with identifying and recruiting a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager.

The role is highly strategic but will also require someone with the willingness to be central to the implementation of the project

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales growth
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to understand market trends and customer needs
  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure effective product positioning and messaging
  • Manage relationships with vendors and agencies to execute marketing campaigns and events
  • Use data and analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make datadriven decisions

Requirements:

  • Must be an expert in Interventional Cardiology or Cardiac Electrophysiology
  • 5yrs in either a Product Manager or Marketing Manager role across EMEA
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and digital marketing techniques
  • Based in Frenchspeaking Switzerland and be prepared to be office based 23 days per week.
