**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:
Basé au siège du groupe à Renens, vous êtes le premier point de contact de nos directeurs de filiales spécialisées et responsables d'agences pour répondre aux demandes en matière de marketing et communication.
- Développer de solides relations avec nos directeurs et responsables d'agence de nos filiales spécialisées
- Planifier et réaliser de multiples projets marketing détaillés, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient livrés dans les délais et dans les limites du budget.
- Se concentrer sur la gestion harmonieuse du processus de projet, en veillant à la clarté des exigences, de la communication, des produits livrables et des délais tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
- Coordonner les ressources, planifier les médias et exécuter les activités de communication
- Soutenir la directrice marketing dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie marketing de la marque et le plan marketing annuel : développer le positionnement de la marque, accroître la notoriété de la marque et développer de nouvelles initiatives marketing pour prospecter des collaborateurs temporaires.
- Maintenir une bonne compréhension des activités des clients et des grandes tendances qui façonnent leurs marchés.
- Former les agences, si nécessaire, en matière de marketing et de communication.

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:
Au bénéfice d'une formation supérieure en Marketing et/ou Communication, votre parcours professionnel vous a permis pendant 6-10 ans d'assumer avec succès des activités similaires au profit d'une entreprise de services ou d'une agence de communication.

Vous avez une grande capacité d'écoute, de dialogue, d'argumentation et un excellent niveau relationnel.

Méthodique et organisé(e), vous privilégiez travailler avec une certaine autonomie, tout en attachant de l'importance à une bonne ambiance d'équipe.

Vous maîtrisez le français, l'allemand et/ou l'anglais (C1) tant parlé qu'écrit.

Vous connaissez bien le tissu économique suisse.
