CYSEC is a European cybersecurity company, headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland with offices in France, providing innovative software products to protect critical infrastructures on ground and in space.

Founded in 2018 by experienced cybersecurity experts, CYSEC is now counting more than 30 employees.


CYSEC brings 360° security in one click for container-based workloads and platforms through its ARCA trusted OS software and offers end-to-end protection of satellite operations through its product ARCA SATLINK, as well as secure satellite communications without reducing the performance with ARCA SATCOM.


CYSEC is also the proud organizer of CYSAT, the biggest European event dedicated to cybersecurity in the space industry, gathering more than 750 professionals.


To strengthen both our operations and our marketing teams and to support the growth of the company, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Intern based in Lausanne to contribute to the back office management for sales support, admin and marketing operations.


Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to our Marketing Director and Operations Manager and in close collaboration with the different CYSEC teams, your main missions will be:

1. CRM Management

  • Own our CRM tool and develop its data quality
  • Build automations to support Sales & Marketing activities
  • Manage the lead funnel and create a reporting tool

2. Marketing Design

  • Manage the website and related online matters
  • Support in Operational Marketing & Communications tasks and projects, including events

Qualifications


You are a Bachelor or Master student looking to kick-start your career in a fast-paced, innovation-driven company with a highly skilled, young and dynamic team.

You are hands-on, curious and eager to learn, and you enjoy taking on new challenges on a daily basis.

You are independent, and you take ownership for your work. You are comfortable evolving in a stimulating startup environment and you enjoy working in cross-functional teams. You pay attention to details and are dedicated to the completion of your projects.

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing or similar.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Having a technical background, either through education or previous work is valued
  • Experience with a CRM tool is a plus.
  • Selforganized, excellent time management skills.
  • Proven writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, French and other languages are a plus.
