As a **CFIN Global Business and Regional Representative EMEA, **you will report directly to the Finance Project Leader. In this cross functional stream, you will work closely with the PPG project team, system integrator, and SAP to develop and implement SAP Central Finance aligned to a global data strategy. In this role, you will represent and collaborate with other business and regional contacts to gather and ensure end state business requirements are achieved. This position will need to be flexible and work closely with other core activity stream leads from finance and IT to meet project goals.

This SAP Central Finance (CFIN) project will transform the Finance function within PPG. The project team will include PPG Finance and Information Technology (IT) resources, as well as external consultants. The project is looking for individuals with a broad range of business, geographic, and ERP experiences. Do you have strong analytical skills and possess a strong strategic vision to evaluate alternative approaches and recommend the most feasible solution?

Given the regional nature of the role, this position may be based anywhere within the EMEA region. Relocation is not required at this point.

**Key Responsibilities***:

- Support the execution of PPG’s vision to simplify and standardize its data structure and reporting capabilities.
- Provide business knowledge and experience in support of business requirements on data design, migration and reporting requirements
- Drive coordination with PPG strategic business unit and EMEA regional resources to identify standard, nonstandard, and/or regional specific requirements, support validation processes and document design decisions.
- Support and contribute to the organizational change management strategy, including communication, and training plans.
- Raise risks, issues, decisions, change requests; and support risk mitigation, issue resolution, decision making, and organizational change resolution.
- Support overall project management plan, governance structure and status reporting activities, and communication plan in alignment with the project manager(s) and organizational change management work stream

**Qualifications***:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent education with 7+ years of proven experience in finance; previous project experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate understanding of how finance processes and policies affect an organization along with the ability to link it to redesigned business data structures.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% travel.
