This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading FMCG companies in its European Headquarter in Rolle (Switzerland, in between Geneva and Lausanne) for a fixed term contract of 12 months for a (preferred) Master’s Degree Graduate (recently graduated or up to 1 year of experience). Once the assignment has been completed, and if successful, you will have the opportunity to work in one of our local European offices (lead locations in France, Germany, Italy, UK; but also, possibilities in Spain, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, or the Netherlands). Reporting to eCommerce Director Europe.

**ROLE SUMMARY**

As eCommerce Intern, you will be working within our regional eCommerce Team based in Rolle. This team is responsible for driving accelerated profitable growth and has been highlighted as one of the Big Bets of our Strat25. The eCommerce Team covers a big variety of markets and focuses on Brick and Click Retailers, Pure Players, Marketplaces, and Quick Commerce for our key brands (Glade, Duck, Mr Muscle, Pronto, Autan, Raid, Mrs. Meyers, Ecover, etc). Through the rollout of our regional strategy, we focus on driving our business objectives from a sales, profit and market share perspective in eCommerce whilst embedding new capabilities into the local markets. The role will be directly impacting projects on eCommerce New Product Development, Data Analytics Capabilities with a strong focus on Amazon Marketing Cloud, Digital Shelf Management, and new Route-to-Market expansion.

The role has exposure to the whole business with project opportunities that will have you working cross functionally with supply chain, finance, RD&E, and marketing. You will also be able to get more hands on with Amazon and understand how we work with them globally, regionally, and locally. You will get a unique insight in what it takes to successfully launch new brands on Amazon and develop emerging markets whilst optimizing the basics to succeed on Amazon.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

In this position you will have hands on experience working within our eCommerce Department with exposure to the following key areas: Business Strategy, Project Management, Product Development, Content Management, Data Capabilities and Account Management.
- **Sales and Share Reporting**: interpret and analyze existing eCommerce data, focusing on the major KPIs and report insights to local markets. Responsible for Data Quality Management with 3rd party data providers
- **Strategy & Insights (S&I)**: manage the S&I briefs with our agencies to ensure we deliver qualitative and quantitative to support new product launches, tentpole events and data driven innovation mapping. Support local markets with Tableau queries and engage with local markets on improvement opportunities to existing dashboards
- **Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC)**: Proactive management of AMC data analysis by running SQL queries and doing multitouch attribution analysis for our media campaigns
- **Digital Shelf Analysis**: in-house management of our Tableau reporting and coordination with EU markets of insight sharing
- **New Product Development (NPD)**: ongoing monitoring of ePack retail readiness using the NPD tracker and working closely with the regional marketing team and project managers)
- **Amazon ISTA-6 Certification**: responsible for upload of Amazon Certificates on Vendor Central
- **Amazon Brand Registry**: responsible for all Amazon Brand Registry related topics
- **Ratings & Reviews**: support Digital Shelf Lead with quarterly reporting of sampling activities as well as the reporting on community management on our websites and Amazon
- **Buy Now Functionalities**: support Digital Shelf Lead with the implementation of buy now widgets for new brand launches in local markets
- **Regional eCommerce Meetings**: Collecting and preparing data, presentations and materials for bimonthly eCommerce updates and our annual eCommerce summit. This includes financial deep dives, share reporting and digital shelf scorecards
- **Project Support**: Assisting team cross functionally with project work as and when required
- BSc or MSc Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Sales, Data Analytics or similar
- Fluent in English
