**SC Johnson has opportunity for a Global Graduate, Marketing based at Rolle, Switzerland.**

**Our internal title is Intern, Marketing.**

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading FMCG companies in its European Headquarter in Rolle (Switzerland, in between Geneva and Lausanne) for a fixed term contract of 12 months for a (preferred) Master’s Degree Graduate (recently graduated or up to 1 year of experience). Once the assignment has been completed, and if successful, you will have the opportunity to work in one of our local European offices (lead locations in France, Germany, Italy, UK; but also possibilities in Spain, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, or the Netherlands).

**ROLE SUMMARY**

AsGlobal Graduate, Marketing you will be working within our Regional Marketing Commercialization Marketing Team based in Rolle, that is responsible of brand portfolio management, brand P&L, regional strategies and priorities, innovation delivery, toolkit creation or amplification, and ensuring best in class execution of programs for our brands; such as Glade, Duck, Mr Muscle, Pronto, Autan, Raid, Mrs. Meyers, Ecover, etc to meet business objectives in terms of sales, profit and market share. Our Marketing Commercialization Team is organized by Category and responsible for the performance of our Brands in Europe, which is a great opportunity to understand different marketplaces as well as retail structures.

The role has exposure to the whole business with project opportunities that will have you working cross functionally. You will have the opportunity not just to understand the Marketing function and the part it plays but also have exposure to the other functions and take time to understand the retailers we serve.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

In this position you will have hands on experience working within our Marketing Commercialization Department with expose to the following key areas: Business Analytics, Strategy, Project Management, creative toolkit amplification.
- Managing Market Data Reporting: develop report/interpret and analyze existing data, focusing on the major KPIs.
- Collecting qualitative and quantitative data (mkt data, consumer research, internal sales) to support strategies and decisions.
- Developing competitive understanding through SWOT, action planning, research, and analysis.
- Collecting and preparing data, presentations, materials, and props for sales meetings with an overview for off-line and on-line customers.
- Supporting Digital activation execution, including Social Media campaigns, working with external agencies, following on results, and recommending best practice.
- Providing marketing assets for e-commerce, helping to grow that emerging channel with innovative solutions and ideas.
- Being responsible for leading in-store merchandising solutions, working closely with sales, category management and external agencies.
- Supporting brand managers in creating logistic data for new products, approving products artworks, and providing translations.
- Assisting team cross functionally with project work as and when required.
- BSc or MSc Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Sales or similar.
- Fluent in English.
- Will be considered a competitive advantage previous experience (preferable in a FMCG company)
- Strong analytical skills and show curiosity to get to the root of a problem and expand your current knowledge.

- It’s important that you have strong communication skills as you will be interacting with various departments within the business in Switzerland and in the European countries.

- You need to be legally eligible to work in Switzerland.
