**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage corn coproducts strategy for ADM in the global trade and destination marketing segment.
- Takes an ownership role in achieving KPI defined in between CS and GT.
- Collaborate within supply chain to achieve best decisions and best value mix for ADM.
- Work with freight group to optimize shipment costs and combinations.
- Work with destinations to understand demand drivers and anticipate order flow.
- Develop alternative origins and expand market access.
- Coordinates SND effort as well as commercial market intelligence such as coverage reports, weekly activity, feed ration runs, etc.
- Operate with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Manage logístical pipelines with a focus on cost and value.
- Along with middle office, maintain detailed position and report daily.
- Analyze and forecast fundamental global feed grain market trends and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the accounting group to ensure accurate reporting of results..
- Prepares and submits daily & ad hoc reports.

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in agriculture or business, supplemented with a minimum of three years’ experience in the marketing of commodities and related food, feed and/or fuel products in Europe / North America. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Knowledge and understanding of the domestic and international trade.
- Demonstrated capacity to excel within high risk, fast-paced work environment.
- Proven ability of assess risk and exercise sound judgment in making decisions.
- Demonstrated negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with end-users, suppliers, and internal customers.
